Inter Milan and Barcelona are competing to sign Stuttgart defender Finn Jeltsch, a 20-year-old Germany Under-21 international.

• Inter Milan has sent scouts to monitor Jeltsch and has contacted his representatives to explore a move.
• Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has requested the club sign Jeltsch to strengthen its defense.
• Stuttgart values the 20-year-old at about 40 million euros, and his contract runs until June 2030.
• Reports indicate the most likely window for a Barcelona move is summer 2027 rather than January.
