Egypt and Palestine discuss water cooperation and rainwater harvesting at Cairo Water Week

Egypt's Irrigation Minister met Palestinian Water Authority head Ziad al-Mimi at the Ninth Cairo Water Week to discuss water resource cooperation.

• Sweilem and al-Mimi reviewed cooperation in training and capacity building through specialized programs and exchange of technical expertise.
• The two sides discussed preparing studies and technical designs for rainwater harvesting dams, drawing on Egyptian expertise.
