Israel's state broadcaster KAN reported the United States flew 10 military cargo aircraft carrying air defense equipment to airbases in southern Israel.
- KAN said the planes, carrying interceptor missiles and air-defense batteries, landed at the Ovda and Nevatim airbases from Fort Bliss, Texas, without US confirmation.
- An Israeli official said Israel and the US are coordinating closely and preparing for any decision by President Donald Trump, though no final decision has been made.
- KAN also reported the US moved Patriot missile systems from Texas to reinforce air defenses in the Gulf region.
- US Senator Chris Murphy said he and colleagues received a briefing on potential plans for strikes on Iran, warning the strikes would trigger destructive escalation.
