Simon Richardson was found guilty of murdering head teacher Michael Mullins, who was dragged beneath his car for more than a mile in Greater Manchester.
- Richardson, 35, was convicted Friday at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court of killing 56-year-old Mullins, struck 20 April in Warburton while cycling home.
- Prosecutors said Richardson twice tried to dislodge the trapped cyclist on a farm track; Mullins was thrown clear, then driven over as he reversed.
- Passenger and cousin Gabrielle Debotte testified he said "He's under the car," telling a colleague she knew who was responsible.
- Richardson denied knowing Mullins was beneath the vehicle; the court also convicted him of dangerous driving, with sentencing set for Monday.
