Israeli forces demolished the homes of the two Palestinians who killed two soldiers in Hebron, as a military offensive displaces nearly 5,000 residents.
- Israeli troops demolished the homes of brothers Ahmad and Hammouda al-Jaabeh on Friday, the eighth day of a military operation on Hebron.
- The brothers killed two Israeli soldiers and wounded three others in an October 23 attack near a Hebron checkpoint.
- The Hebron municipality said 4,969 Palestinians from 780 families have been displaced and troops have arrested at least 120.
- UN human rights chief Volker Türk warned that displacement raised concerns about disproportionate force and the threat of ethnic cleansing.
