Israeli warplanes and drones struck multiple sites in southern Lebanon on Saturday as talks between Beirut and Tel Aviv over Israel's withdrawal remained deadlocked.
- Israeli aircraft struck at least six sites in the Nabatieh, Bint Jbeil, and Marjeyoun districts, while drones flew over Tyre and Beirut's southern suburbs.
- A strike hit a four-story home in Baraachit, and an Israeli ground force advanced toward Wadi Shabaa as the army built new roads there.
- Technical meetings between Beirut and Tel Aviv in Tampa, Florida, on October 20–21 ended without a joint statement on Israeli withdrawal and Hezbollah's disarmament.
- A June 26 framework accord on gradual Israeli withdrawal has been applied in only three Nabatieh towns, leaving more than 50 towns under occupation.
