Andreas Christensen rejoined part of Barcelona's team training on Sunday after six weeks out with a thigh muscle injury.
- Christensen trained partially with the group for the first time since tearing a thigh muscle against Sevilla on September 19.
- Barcelona beat Deportivo Alavés 6-1 on Saturday with six players sidelined by injury, four of them defenders.
- Despite that return, the club gave him little chance of being cleared for Tuesday's Champions League match against Aston Villa.
- Flick, speaking after the Alavés win, said the club will not risk injured players and needs all of them for the remainder of the season.
