- Dallas police said three shootings in the Deep Ellum neighborhood over 75 minutes killed four and injured 15; Chief Daniel Comeaux confirmed arrests but said links between the shootings were still undetermined.
- Birmingham police reported one person killed and eight wounded outside Legion Field after Saturday's Magic City Classic football game.
- Newark, Delaware police said six people were shot near the University of Delaware campus on Saturday night and taken to hospitals.
