Barcelona renews winter pursuit of Inter defender Bastoni

Barcelona has revived its pursuit of Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni, who insists on direct talks with coach Hansi Flick before any move.

• Barcelona has renewed contact with Bastoni's representatives ahead of the winter transfer window.
• Bastoni, 27, demands a direct meeting with coach Hansi Flick to learn his role in the team's project.
• Inter has set a price of roughly €70 million for the defender, whose contract runs until June 2028.
• Barcelona reached a personal agreement with Bastoni last summer on a contract until June 2031, but Flick halted the move.
