Mohamed Salah rejects €25m Al-Shabab offer while leading Trabzonspor's scoring

Mohamed Salah has scored 10 goals in 14 matches for Trabzonspor and turned down a €25-million-a-year Saudi approach from Al-Shabab.

• Salah joined Trabzonspor on a free transfer last summer after ending his Liverpool contract by mutual consent.
• He leads the club with 10 goals in 14 official matches, including eight in the Turkish league and two in the Conference League.
• Salah rejected Al-Shabab's guaranteed €25 million annual salary and asked his agent Rami Abbas to stop presenting him transfer offers.
• His contract runs to June 30, 2028, and Trabzonspor next face Freiburg in Conference League round three.
