Egypt's agricultural center reports 1,923 lab analyses during October

Egypt's Regional Center for Food and Feed has reported conducting 1,923 laboratory analyses and inspecting hundreds of feed and fertilizer shipments in October.

• Nasser Shaban, the center's director, said it performed 1,923 lab analyses on 540 individual samples and 550 samples from feed factories.
• Shaban reported the center inspected 473 feed additive shipments, 487 incoming fertilizer shipments, and issued 423 fertilizer registration certificates.
• The center dispatched 9 inspection committees making surprise visits to 12 feed factories across several governorates.
• The center received a Libyan official delegation and a Chinese feed company delegation to discuss cooperation.
