Zamalek has outlined conditions for its football company and proposed attendance fines ahead of its general assembly scheduled for December 8.
- The assembly will consider five conditions for adjusting the club's stake in the football company's capital, a club source told Yalla Kora.
- The source said the club holds no golden share and that three central-bank-affiliated firms will evaluate the company, with only Egyptian investors eligible.
- Former president Raouf Gasser urged the board, led by Hussein Labib, to hold an extraordinary assembly, calling the football company decision extremely perilous.
- Labib, meeting with members, agreed to propose a 1,000-pound fine on members absent from the assembly.
