Prince Harry and five others have asked the Court of Appeal to review both the dismissal of their privacy claims and an indemnity costs order.
- Prince Harry, Elton John, David Furnish, Elizabeth Hurley, Sadie Frost and Baroness Doreen Lawrence filed appeal applications on Friday, court staff confirmed.
- A joint spokesperson said the claimants are seeking permission to challenge Mr Justice Nicklin's July dismissal of their claims and his indemnity costs order.
- Nicklin dismissed all the allegations in July after an 11-week trial, ruling the claimants had not proved information was obtained unlawfully.
- In August he ordered the claimants to pay £9.54m within seven days as an initial contribution to Associated Newspapers' costs.
