Egypt's defense minister meets military nursing staff via video conference

Egyptian Defense Minister Ashraf Salem Zaher met military nursing cadres and teams via video conference, following directives from political leadership.

• Zaher convened with female military nursing cadres and hospital teams via video conference, joined by Chief of Staff Ahmed Khalifa and Endowments Minister Osama El-Azhari.
• Zaher conveyed President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's greetings and affirmed the armed forces' commitment to develop the medical system and provide advanced training programs.
• Zaher said military nursing is a humanitarian mission, and discussed work mechanisms and service delivery with nursing teams.
• El-Azhari held a lecture on nursing's religious dimension, stating serving people and easing their pain ranks among the highest acts of devotion.
