Israeli army says it killed two Hamas operatives in Gaza

The Israeli army announced on Sunday that it killed two Hamas operatives in separate strikes in the Gaza Strip.

• The army said it killed Moath Jamal Abu Nusayra, a commander in Hamas's military wing, in a raid in Khan Younis.
• In a separate Saturday raid, the army said it killed Mahmoud Ibrahim Dhib Alyan, a member of Hamas's surveillance unit.
• The army said Alyan had worked to rebuild Hamas capabilities and advance plans against Israeli forces, calling it a systematic breach of the ceasefire.
• The army said its forces remain deployed in the area under the ceasefire agreement and will continue to remove any immediate threat.
