Lebanese president says Israel violates US-sponsored framework agreement

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said Israel has not honored the US-sponsored framework agreement, while French ministers began a visit to Beirut reaffirming support.

• France reaffirmed full implementation of the June 26 framework agreement and Resolution 1701, covering Hezbollah disarmament, Israeli withdrawal and Lebanese army redeployment.
