Prosecutors have opened the trial of four men accused of sexually assaulting a woman whose then-husband drugged her and advertised her on dating websites.
- Philip Young, 50, pleaded guilty to drugging and sexually abusing his former wife Joanne Young, who has waived her right to anonymity.
- Connor Sanderson-Doyle, 32, Richard Wilkins, 62, Norman Macksoni, 48, and Mohammed Hassan, 38, deny the offences at Winchester Crown Court.
- Prosecutor Sarah Jones KC said the case is about whether it is ever reasonable to have sex with an unknown woman without checking with her first.
- The investigation began when police were notified of extreme pornography uploaded to a social media account linked to Young.
