Vasseur calls Horner's Ferrari interest a distraction

Ferrari team principal Frederic Vasseur has said speculation over his future, fuelled by Christian Horner's stated interest in the role, is hampering the team's focus.

• Horner, dismissed as Red Bull team principal in July 2025, told the Times he would join Ferrari without a shareholding, describing the role as "the dream."
• Vasseur said Ferrari is "not working in the perfect serenity" and "Mr Horner is looking for a job... everywhere," adding that the situation is "not in my hands."
• Horner's dismissal followed allegations of sexual harassment and coercive control by a female employee, which Red Bull dismissed after two internal investigations.
