England back-row Henry Pollock has said he is open to every possibility — including playing abroad — as negotiations over a new Northampton Saints deal proceed.
- Pollock's Northampton contract, worth about £150,000 a year, expires at the end of the season, with the club offering a pay rise to more than £400,000 a year through 2029.
- Pollock said he is "open to every opportunity" and prepared to be "quite selfish" about his future, including exploring other sports and countries.
- Eddie Hearn, who joined Pollock's advisory team this year, claimed his client is "a seven-figure player."
- Northampton director of rugby Phil Dowson said negotiations were "getting closer," stating "he wants to stay and we want to keep him."
