A tribunal has overturned Naomi Campbell's five-year charity trustee ban, ruling misconduct at Fashion for Relief was concealed from her by a fellow trustee.
- The tribunal ruled that unauthorised payments and misuse of funds at Fashion for Relief resulted from co-trustee Bianka Hellmich's conduct and were concealed from Campbell.
- Campbell was banned in 2024 after the Charity Commission found charity funds had been spent on luxury hotels, spa treatments and cigarettes.
- The tribunal called Campbell's evidence and conduct "entirely honest," holding her only partly responsible for failing to file accounts on time.
- Hellmich was disqualified for nine years, fellow trustee Veronica Chou for four, and the charity was dissolved in 2024.
