Yemeni government forces, backed by the Saudi-led coalition, have pressed their "Dawn of Yemen" counteroffensive against Houthi positions across Taiz, Marib, and Bab al-Mandeb.
- Col. Majid al-Nazili said Yemeni forces carried out over 2,750 strikes in 24 hours, neutralising more than 1,400 Houthis and destroying 250 vehicles.
- Government forces said they captured the al-Masrah district centre in Taiz amid continued clashes in Marib.
- Coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki said the coalition destroyed 136 military targets and is dismantling the Houthi ballistic-missile network.
- Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree denied government advances, saying his forces repelled the attack and destroyed 22 armoured vehicles.
- Military officials said retaking al-Waziyyah district west of Taiz could secure the Bab al-Mandeb strait but would not automatically open the road to Hodeidah.
