Egypt begins handing over Beit Al Watan land plots in New El Obour City

Egypt's Housing Ministry has begun delivering Phase 10 residential land in New El Obour City's Beit Al Watan project, with handovers scheduled through November 24, 2026.
- The ministry began delivering land in Area (TA) of the Beit Al Watan project on October 4, running through November 24, 2026.
- Housing Minister Randah Al-Minshawi said the ministry will continue land delivery programs and take measures to ensure regular handovers.
- Mahmoud Murad, head of the New El Obour City Development Authority, detailed plot-specific delivery dates and reserved makeup days for late recipients.
