Egypt's Ministry of Higher Education has reopened, for the third time and exceptionally, transfer and commute-reduction applications for secondary students for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- The ministry opened transfer and commute-reduction applications for general secondary students, technical diploma students, and STEM and Nile school students.
- Applications are registered electronically through the official coordination website tansik.digital.gov.eg.
- The ministry said students whose earlier requests were rejected should not resubmit them, as the desired colleges had filled their available places.
- A ministry source said the exceptional reopening aims to give students an additional chance to finalize transfers, urging reliance on official announcements only.
