Referees' chief Howard Webb has said VAR tunnel vision allowed Erling Haaland's Manchester derby winner to stand despite an offside offence by Enzo Fernández.
- Webb said VAR Matt Donohue got "tunnel vision" focused on Haaland's onside position and failed to identify Fernández's offside interference.
- Webb said the goal "should have been disallowed" after Fernández dived in an offside position to head Joško Gvardiol's cross.
- Donohue and assistant VAR Blake Antrobus were stood down by Pro Ref for this weekend's Premier League matches.
- Webb backed referee Michael Oliver's decision to send off Phil Foden but said Fernandes' kick was "more petulant than violent."
- Webb said semi-automated offside technology confirmed Haaland was onside by three centimeters.
- Webb said Donohue and Antrobus will not officiate again until after the international break.
