Ain Shams University Hospitals to Mark World Patient Safety Day With WHO for Eighth Year

Ain Shams University Hospitals, with the World Health Organization's Egypt office, will hold its eighth annual World Patient Safety Day celebration on October 17.
- Ain Shams University Hospitals will hold the celebration on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 10 a.m., in cooperation with the WHO office in Egypt.
- The event is organized by the Central Quality Department and supervised by the Faculty of Medicine's healthcare quality section, under the patronage of university president Mohamed Diaa Zein El-Abidine.
- The program includes specialist scientific meetings on patient safety and an exhibition of activities and achievements from Patient Safety Week.
