Mendes offers Barcelona's Balde to Roma for January move

Agent Jorge Mendes has offered Barcelona left-back Alejandro Balde to Roma ahead of the January transfer window.

• Mendes offered Balde to Roma, which is studying a winter-window deal for the defender.
• The proposed arrangement is a loan until the end of the season with an option to buy.
• Juventus had also explored a similar loan recently, but Barcelona's €50 million valuation blocked it.
• Balde has lost his starting place under coach Hansi Flick this season.
