Al-Ahly announces Mansoura branch as Egypt initiates club mergers

Al-Ahly confirmed a new branch in New Mansoura, while the Ministry of Youth and Sports launched the merger of Enppi with Sharkia and Petrojet with Montakhab Suez.

• Al‑Ahly’s new branch in New Mansoura will be built on 40 feddans and include sports, social, and recreational facilities.
• The project is being executed by Delta Capital and Nations of Sky, with full ownership and operation retained by Al‑Ahly.
• The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the merger of Enppi with Sharkia and Petrojet with Montakhab Suez, creating companies to manage football activities.
• The mergers aim to combine company clubs’ financial resources with popular clubs’ fan bases while preserving the popular clubs’ names and identities.
