Egyptian poultry and egg prices move in different directions on Friday

Official price data diverged on Friday, with the Cabinet's portal reporting an increase while the poultry exchange reported stable trading.

• The Cabinet's Information Center price portal reported live poultry averaging 107.01 EGP per kilo, up 0.57 EGP, on Friday.
• The portal reported the average egg carton at 116.94 EGP, up 3.77 EGP.
• The poultry exchange reported white chicken prices stable at 73–74 EGP per kilo at the farm, selling at 83–84 EGP in markets.
• The exchange listed the red egg carton at 115 EGP wholesale and 125 EGP for consumers.
