Egypt's Religious Endowments Ministry deployed an expanded preaching caravan to Cairo mosques as its unified Friday sermon urged citizens to protect the homeland and reject rumors.
- The ministry sent the caravan to Cairo mosques on Friday with 143 imams from its general office and the Cairo directorate.
- The unified Friday sermon, titled "We Have Honored the Children of Adam," stressed safeguarding the homeland and its resources and warned of rumors.
- Sheikh Mahmoud Marzouk, Awqaf director for North Sinai, said the sermon confronts casting doubt and falsifying facts.
