Madbouly convenes ministers to prepare for Sisi's October conference

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has met ministers and military officials to prepare for the October conference called by President Sisi to present government achievements.

• Madbouly met Transport Minister Kamel al-Wazir, Local Development Minister Manal Awad, Housing Minister Randa al-Manshawi and military engineering official Ahmed Zaki.
• Sisi called the conference, scheduled for next month, to present achievements across government sectors over recent years.
• Madbouly said the conference will focus on infrastructure, urban development and local development files that draw public attention.
• Madbouly said the government will compile public questions, answer them and clarify its responses to criticism during the conference.
