Trump casts early vote in Florida, says he backed all Republican candidates

Donald Trump voted early Saturday in Florida's midterm elections and told reporters he had cast his ballot for every Republican candidate on the ticket.

• Trump, with Melania, voted at the Palm Beach County elections office in West Palm Beach before heading to a Georgia campaign rally.
• Asked whether he voted along party lines, Trump answered "absolutely, definitely."
• Trump defended an ad for Ohio governor candidate Vivek Ramaswamy that drew backlash for featuring the mother of his Democratic rival, Amy Acton.
• Trump defended his administration's lawsuit to block Alaska Senate election certification if Republican Dan Sullivan loses to a same-named candidate.
