Al Ahly Moves to Terminate Mohamed El-Dhawi Christo’s Contract by Mutual Consent

Egyptian club Al Ahly has initiated steps to terminate the contract of Tunisian winger Mohamed El-Dhawi Christo during the current summer transfer window.

• Al Ahly’s director of football Wael Gomaa contacted the player’s agent to proceed with a mutual contract termination, a club source said.
• The club confirmed it has received no offers for El-Dhawi, either for a loan or a permanent transfer.
• Al Ahly decided to terminate the contract as part of the coaching staff’s plan to refresh the foreign player list.
• The club requested the agent’s presence in Cairo to begin the termination procedures.
