Colts trade eight-time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to Seahawks for draft picks

The Indianapolis Colts have traded All-Pro guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks for a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick.

• Indianapolis traded Nelson, an eight-time Pro Bowler, to the Seahawks in exchange for the 2027 third-round and 2028 fifth-round selections.
• The trade came a week after the Colts fired general manager Chris Ballard following a home loss to the previously winless Tennessee Titans.
• Nelson, the sixth overall pick in 2018, can become a free agent in March.
• The 2-5 Colts visit Jacksonville on Sunday, while the 4-3 Seahawks host Chicago on Monday night.
