Beheira Governor Approves New Urban Plans for Six Areas

Governor Jacqueline Azar of Beheira has approved detailed urban plans for multiple cities and villages, aiming to regulate construction and support sustainable development.

• The approved plans cover Al-Majlada in Itay El-Baroud, the general hospital area in Rosetta, modifications in Mahallet Ahmed and Kafr Ghoneim, and parts of Damanhur.
• The plans will take effect after publication in the official gazette, the governorate confirmed.
• The governorate said the plans aim to regulate urban development, combat illegal construction, and optimize land use.
• The Director General of Planning said the plans were coordinated with local units and reviewed according to legal planning requirements.
