Sports Minister Gohar Nabil said Zamalek's October land dispute was resolved through presidential directives, while Ismaily must help itself after two years of state support.
- Zamalek received its allocation letter in mid-July and took formal possession of the new branch land in Hadayek October on August 4.
- Hesham Nasr, Zamalek vice president, announced construction has begun, with the first developer equipment arriving at the new site.
- Nabil said the housing ministry played a major role in resolving the crisis and that the Awqaf dispute is nearing an investment-based solution preserving both sides' rights.
- Nabil said tax and insurance negotiations continue with part of Zamalek's dues paid, and that relegation was cancelled last season for Ismaily, which he said must now help itself.
