Egypt reports 3,816 tons of recycled animal waste output in September

Egypt's Agriculture Ministry reported producing 3,816 tons of products from recycling animal waste at certified slaughterhouses nationwide during September.
- Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture reported producing 3,816 tons of recycled animal waste products at certified slaughterhouses during September.
- Output included 2,500 tons of protein powder, 569 of bone meal, 31 of fish meal, 441 of gelatin and 274 of pet feed.
- Veterinary Services Authority head Mohamed Saad said the output implements Agriculture Minister Alaa Farouk's directives to expand the recycling system.
