Mauricio Pochettino is set to include 16-year-old Philadelphia Union midfielder Cavan Sullivan in his squad for the USMNT's late-September and October friendlies.
- Pochettino was expected to announce his roster on Thursday, with Sullivan set to earn his first senior international call-up.
- The US will face Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada in the window, opening against Peru in Orlando on Sept. 26.
- A debut would make Sullivan the second-youngest player in USMNT history, behind Freddy Adu, who debuted at 16 years 243 days in 2006.
- Sullivan has scored six goals and recorded eight assists since MLS resumed after this summer's World Cup, including two goals in Sunday's 5-0 win over San Diego FC.
