The administration has announced the opening of a new bridge adjacent to the Egypt Air bridge as part of the axis development project.

• The Cairo Traffic Administration announced the start of trial operation of a new bridge adjacent to the Egypt Air bridge on the Abu Bakr al-Siddiq axis.
• Vehicles coming from Hussein Kamel Street heading toward Safir Bridge, the Court Bridge, and the Suez Bridge must use the new bridge's upper lane.
• Vehicles from Hussein Kamel Street heading toward Triumph Square and the Airport are to remain on the surface lane of the Egypt Air bridge.
• The administration deployed traffic services and installed directional and warning signs near the worksite in coordination with contracting companies.
