Military production minister inspects Helwan Castings, urges higher output and sales

Egypt's military production minister has conducted an unannounced inspection of Helwan Castings Company (Factory 9) covering production lines and operational efficiency.

• Gemblatt toured the engine-parts foundry, the furan molding line, the melting furnaces, and the electric-arc steel furnace.
• Gemblatt directed workers to raise production and sales rates and to optimize use of available production capacities.
• He held a meeting with company workers, listening to their demands and proposals for developing operations.
• He directed applying quality standards and governance principles and compliance with industrial safety equipment rules.
