Dabbagh fitness doubt clouds Zamalek's lineup for 133rd summit with Al Ahly

Zamalek host Al Ahly in the 133rd Egyptian league summit, with striker Oday Dabbagh's participation in doubt after a severe cold.

• The match kicks off Sunday at 8pm at Cairo International Stadium in the sixth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
• Dabbagh, who suffered a severe cold, is being treated with injections and painkillers by Zamalek's staff to be ready.
• Coach Mo'tamad Gamal has settled on his expected lineup, keeping Mahdi Suleiman in goal and the defense unchanged.
• A source said Dabbagh insists on playing; otherwise the staff favors Ahmed Al-Jefali or Ahmed Sharif up front.
