Talat Mostafa Group signs agreement with Saudi NHC to develop sustainable city east of Riyadh

Talat Mostafa Group and the Saudi National Housing Company have signed an agreement to develop a smart residential city east of Riyadh, with an investment cost of 40 billion Saudi riyals.

• Talat Mostafa Group signed the agreement with the Saudi National Housing Company (NHC) on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global exhibition, under the patronage of Minister Majid Al-Hogail.
• The project will include approximately 27,750 housing units, including villas, family units, and apartments, on a 10 million square meter site.
• The group stated that 40% of the total area will be allocated to open green spaces.
• The total investment cost of the project is estimated at 40 billion Saudi riyals, with the city to include health, education, commercial, and sports facilities.
