Cairo governor distributes housing contracts for Rawdat Al-Sayyida 2 project

Cairo Governor Ibrahim Saber and Urban Development Fund chairman Khaled Seddik have distributed contracts to 386 beneficiaries of the Rawdat Al-Sayyida 2 project.

• Saber and Seddik distributed housing unit contracts to beneficiaries of the project's Al-Taybi site in Sayyida Zainab.
• Contracting was completed for 386 beneficiaries, of whom 58 chose financial compensation in place of a housing unit.
• Saber said long-term lease contracts of up to 15 years will be issued and renewed unless terms are violated.
• Saber said the project implements President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's directives to provide safe, decent housing for citizens.
