Egyptian Chicken and Egg Prices Rise in Markets

The average price of live chicken and egg cartons increased in Egyptian markets on Wednesday, according to the Cabinet's price portal.

• The average price of live chicken rose to 99.47 EGP per kilogram, an increase of 65 piasters from Tuesday.
• The average price of a carton of eggs reached 108.17 EGP, up 5.21 EGP from the previous day.
• The price of a carton of local eggs fell by 80 piasters to 119.54 EGP.
