Egypt begins delivering "Beit al-Watan" land to Egyptians abroad in New Cairo on November 2

Housing Minister Randa El-Menshawy announced that land handover for Egyptians abroad in project phase 10 will run from November 2, 2026 to January 21, 2027.

• El-Menshawy announced the New Cairo plot delivery schedule, running from Monday, November 2, 2026 through Thursday, January 21, 2027.
• New Cairo Development Authority head Ahmed Rashad said delivery will proceed by designated zones, including the sixth and eighth districts, with January 13–21 reserved for late recipients.
• El-Menshawy said electricity connection began on distributor (A), covering 35% of the ninth residential district in 6th of October City, with distributors (B) and (H) to follow.
• 6th of October Development Authority head Nader Zaafar urged residents to complete legal meter-installation procedures, stating illegal overhead connections will be disconnected.
