Egypt PM reviews education, culture agendas ahead of Egypt Forum 2026

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly chaired a meeting Tuesday to review discussion topics for the education and culture sessions of Egypt Forum 2026, set for October 19–24.

• The meeting was attended by Awqaf Minister Osama al-Azhari, Education Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif, and acting Culture Minister Abdel Aziz Qanswa.
• Madbouly said the education session will assess the educational process, identify remaining gaps, and prioritize teacher empowerment and linking curricula to the labor market.
• Madbouly said the culture session will discuss the gap between values and social behavior, social media's influence, and the roles of state institutions and the family.
• Madbouly said the forum should conclude with executive plans and policies developed with experts to meet citizens' needs.
