PSG's Ligue 1 match against Lyon has been moved to Monday after Paris police prohibited the Sunday kickoff ahead of planned weekend protests.
- The French league (LFP) announced the postponement Friday, rescheduling the Parc des Princes fixture to 20:30 Monday after police prohibited the original date.
- Around 550,000 people joined last Saturday's demonstrations over fuel prices, education standards and the cost of living, which saw looting and violence.
- Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu said troops would reinforce police in a "massive" security operation for Saturday's planned protests.
- The rescheduled fixture coincides with the Ballon d'Or ceremony in London, which reigning winner Ousmane Dembele will miss.
