Zack Polanski has refused to overturn his party's "Zionism is racism" motion, saying no state has a right to exist under international law.
- Polanski told the BBC that Zionism's practical application is racist and that no state has a right to exist under international law.
- The Green Party conference passed the motion 1,022 votes to 813, declaring Zionism an ideology supporting an ethnonationalist Jewish state.
- Polanski said he will not overturn the motion, which stands until 2028, but wants to amend it to let Israelis and Palestinians decide their future.
- Polanski said he had no regrets and claimed a majority of Jewish Greens surveyed supported the motion, after criticism from its head Vivien Lichtenstein.
