Pornhub returns to Australia via Apple age verification

Pornhub's parent Aylo has restored access for Australian adults who confirm their age through Apple's device-level checks, eight months after exiting the market.

• Aylo said on Wednesday it would restore access for eligible adult users in Australia who have confirmed their age through Apple's age-verification process.
• In March, Aylo blocked Australian users after the country introduced laws requiring proof of age for adult content, with fines up to $49.5m.
• Aylo vice-president Alex Kekesi said Apple defaults child safety features on devices until users confirm adulthood, and urged a global rollout.
