Egypt raised its domestic natural gas production by 45 million cubic feet per day after bringing three new wells online and restarting a fourth.
- The Petroleum Ministry said the wells in the Western Desert, Gulf of Suez, and onshore Nile Delta also added about 540 barrels per day of condensates.
- The ministry linked the increase to partner investments returning to targeted rates after settlement of overdue dues.
- The ministry said Khalda Petroleum put well SKAL-2 in West Kalabsha into production at a rate of about 12 million cubic feet of gas daily.
