(opens the publisher’s site)Egypt's National Authority for Tunnels announced that student subscription forms for the metro, monorail, and electric light rail (LRT) can now be downloaded electronically before visiting subscription offices.
- The National Authority for Tunnels said students can download and print subscription forms for the three metro lines, monorail, and Light Rail Transit ahead of visiting subscription offices.
- The form must be certified and stamped by the student's educational institution, which must write its institutional code on the application.
- The Authority stated that the subscription is issued only from the student's place of residence to their place of study, per the data and documents submitted.
- Applicants must present a valid national ID showing their address, or a computerized birth certificate and guardian's ID for students under 16, plus proof of enrollment such as a college card or tuition receipt.
